“Any opportunity we can have to voice our concerns to a Member of Parliament we are grateful for, and to him to spend the time to come and visit.”

Mr Maude added: “It’s all about hearing directly from businesses, what are their concerns, what’s going well and what’s going badly.

“If they are doing well and want to grow what are the barriers.

“It’s just to get a sense of how things are going and what things the Government can do to help.”
