FRIDAY

WALK: Two separate, free, circular HDC Health Walks. Choose either 2 miles (1 hour) easy, mostly flat, OR 4 miles (2 hours) some stiles, steep steps and a long hill. Can be muddy. Meet 11am, corner of the green near the Village Club, Barns Green. Peter A 01403 741305.

CHRISTMAS bazaar and coffee morning at Orchard Surgery (next to Horsham Library) from 10am to 12pm. Christmas gifts, raffle, tombola, jigsaws, bric-a-brac, books and cakes. All proceeds and donations towards equipment for patients.

FAITH: Horsham Interfaith Forum, from 1pm to 4pm, Wesley Hall, London Road, Horsham. ‘Unity in Diversity’. An afternoon of dance, music and reflections celebrating National Interfaith Week. Baha’i, Buddhist, Christian, Hindu, Muslim, Unitarian and Quaker contributors. All welcome. Free. Afternoon tea and cakes following the meeting. OCKLEY: Santa Claus has again agreed to come early to Ockley this year as he visits the Christmas Bazaar at the Village Hall on from 2-4.30pm. With free entry for everyone it’s a great place to pick up early Christmas ideas at the stalls filled with gifts, books, DVDs, jewellery, cakes and bric-a-brac. There are special stalls for the children with their favourite Chocolate Tombola and gifts for them to buy for all the family at pocket money prices. Tea, mince pies and mulled wine are on sale at the refreshments while bottles are available at the bottle tombola. Come along and have some fun.
