Fresh plan for former Eastbourne pub

An updated plan has been submitted for Langley’s pub in Pevensey Road.

Developers have permission to convert the former pub into three houses of multiple occupation for 23 people but now want approval to accommodate 26 people.

Eastbourne council is considering the plan.
