Hotel chain reopens three hotels in Sussex
and on Freeview 262 or Freely 565
They are Travelodge hotels at Five Oaks, Billingshurst; Crawley and East Grinstead.

Hide AdThe chain, which is offering rooms from £29, says it has invested in a multi-million pound Covid-19 safety initiative which has enabled it to fast-track opening 100 hotels across the country, including the three in Sussex.
A Travelodge spokesman said: “The reopening of these three hotels marks the company’s halfway milestone of reopening its estate of 573 UK hotels. The company will continue to reopen around 100 hotels per week.”
During lockdown, Travelodge kept 62 hotels open across the UK from Plymouth to Aberdeen to support key/critical workers, vulnerable groups and local authorities.

Hide AdTravelodge spokeswoman Shakila Ahmed said: “The hotels are open for business from this week and the team are set for a busy summer season as we welcome customers back.
“With safety at the forefront of our business, we have worked closely with our hotel teams that stayed open during the lockdown, government and industry bodies to develop our new Covid-19 safety programme called TravelodgeProtect+.
“This safety programme is designed to keep our customers and teams safe and has been implemented into all Travelodge hotels.”
