New Korean restaurant to open in Worthing

Worthing is set to get a new Korean restaurant, which is said to be ‘opening soon’.

KMoon Korean Kitchen will open in Stanford Square, just off Warwick Street and near to Pizza Express, in the space previously occupied by Caffe Oak which opened in July last year.

Signage is already up for the new restaurant and while posters in the windows do not give an official opening date, they do state there will be a 15 per cent discount during the soft launch.

The posters also reveal the restaurant will serve Korean fried chicken, bibimbap, tteokbokki and mandu.

Bibimbap is a rice dish that combines vegetables, meat and often a fried egg.

Tteokbokki is a popular Korean comfort food and street food made from chewy, cylinder-shaped rice cakes cooked in a rich, sweet, and spicy sauce.

Mandu is the Korean word for dumpling.

For more information, the business already has a Facebook page.
