We were invited to try out Go Wild! – the new venture from the Drusillas family – which opened in Heathfield, East Sussex, at the beginning of the summer.
Formerly Urban Jump, the venue was completely refurbished by the Smith family, which also owns the popular theme park in nearby Alfriston.
The entire venue has been decorated in Drusillas' signature 'wild' jungle style, featuring all new carpets, wall designs, trampolines, and attractions.
We immediately noticed how clean it was when we walked in, and we loved the jungle foliage and wooden tones throughout the two cafés, party spaces and beyond.
Even though we visited late morning on a weekend, and there were two party groups on the trampolines at the time we booked, we noticed it still didn't feel too busy.
Because, as well as wall-to-wall trampolines, there's also foam pits, climbing walls, interactive games, basketball courts and a full-size dodgeball court.
Plus, upstairs, there's a rainforest-themed obstacle course and gaming arcade.
There's also a separate area for children under four to have their own, calmer space.
My children, aged 12 and eight, adored bouncing across the wall-to-wall trampolines like wannabe kangaroos.
And they also loved throwing themselves into the foam pits (although less so trying to heave themselves out of them!).
My son joined in a half-hour-long game of dodgeball with children he had just met, which he thoroughly enjoyed, and they also shot some hoops and played the interactive jumping games.
The rainforest obstacle course upstairs was really fun, but they both found it quite hard to hang onto the ropes because they were quite rough on their hands.
But as much as Go Wild! is great for kids – and it really is great – I think it might come into its own even more for parents and spectators.
Because unlike some of the other venues like this, Go Wild! has two spacious cafés, an extensive food and drink menu, and loads of seating options – most of them with a great view of the action.
They've definitely thought of the spectators' comfort, and the coffee was good, so what's not to like?!
