Eastbourne florist shop could soon incorporate coffee bar

Ann’s Flowers in Framfield Way is owned by Danielle Murr, who has applied to Eastbourne Borough Council for a lawful development certificate in order to add a coffee bar to her flower shop.

In the documents it says there would be no building alterations.

Danielle says in the plans, “After working for the previous owner of Ann’s flowers for five years, I bought the business from her and have run the business now for six months. I want to develop the florist shop to also have a coffee bar.”

She said it would be ‘an asset to our local community’.

The target determination date is April 1 (reference: 220020).
