Owner David Knight told the Middy: “Unfortunately we have had to temporarily close our store in Hassocks for three weeks due to refurbishment works which have been long planned and due to some building maintenance works can longer be held off.

“The timing is far from ideal for anyone but we will be reopening a smaller temporary store on January 23, and launching the full store on February 18.

“We are also offering a free home delivery service to residents of Hassocks, Hurstpierpoint, Ditchling and Clayton while we complete the works, from our Henfield store via our partnership with Appyshop. (https://appyshop.co.uk).

“We hope this will mitigate the closure and to provide support to residents during the current lockdown period.”
