Here’s why little monsters will be hiding in Eastbourne town centre
Your Eastbourne BID has set up the Monster Hero Safari 2020 event, which launched on Saturday (August 1), where families can find 10 colourful MonsterHeroes hiding around town.
More than 100 BIDs and councils across the UK are taking part in the MonsterHero Safari project, which has been sponsored by Wild in Art, with the aim of raising £100,000 for NHS Charities Together.

“For a small donation to NHS Charities Together, children can locate the monsters and learn their stories.”
The BID spokesperson said the safari aims to bring ‘some sort of normality’ back to high streets and demonstrates an ‘effective opportunity’ to ‘entertain and excite shoppers’.
Project coordinator Martin Blackwell said, “When I heard about the concept it just resonated with me and I knew I had to support it.
