Based in Madeira Avenue, the company is helping Frontline, a Hampshire firm that provides communications answering, handling and escalation services for businesses, to develop a new brand identity.

Jumpstart researched Frontline’s market, customers and competitors, developed a clear marketing strategy and robust positioning for the company, and created a distinctive new brand identity including a new strapline – ‘The customer communication experts’, a new logo, colour palette, marketing collateral and style guide.

Fiona Mulliner, Jumpstart’s managing director, said: “This was a really interesting project, working with a great team from Frontline to help them transform their vision into a clear, focused and effective strategy, positioning and identity. We look forward to supporting Frontline as they grow.”

David Jones, managing director at Frontline, said: “Working with Jumpstart was a revelation. It was amazing having someone listen to what we do, truly understand us and to transform this information into something coherent, understandable and easily communicated. Now we have a new-found energy to get out and share what we do. It has been a great journey.”
