A company has applied to create five new flats above a closed retail unit in East Grinstead.
Betsa Capital Partners has applied to Mid Sussex District Council, via Maple Planning & Development, to change the use of the upper floors at 87-89 London Road.
The application said this is ‘largely vacant office space’, adding: “All habitable rooms benefit from good levels of glazing/natural light.”
