Plans for health and wellbeing studio in Chichester

The application (20/00570/COU) is for the change of use of 1-3 Third Floor, South Street to a health and wellbeing education studio.

It has been submitted by Burrell Education which offers 'revolutionary women's wellness, fitness and therapy education;.

In the application Burrell Education provided a statement of intent which reads: “This space will be used as an Academy for the Soft Tissue Therapy (Massage) part of my business primarily.

"As part of offering soft tissue therapies, there are other adjunct modalities that go alongside, such as meditation and rehabilitation style exercise. I plan to have 15 massage beds which equates to a maximum of 30 students in a class at any one time.”

The area is set above retailer Russell and Bromley and, if successful, will operated 9am to 5pm all week.
