Porsche Centre Mid Sussex has officially announced plans to relocate from its home on Innovation Drive in Burgess Hill to a brand-new purpose-built sales facility in Sayers Common.
The move reflects ongoing business growth and aligns the dealership with Porsche’s latest global brand identity and updated design language.
The planned site will feature a redesigned showroom dedicated to the display and sale of both new and Porsche Approved Pre-Owned vehicles. Alongside the expanded retail space, the facility will house an advanced workshop engineered to meet evolving automotive service requirements.
Construction for the new centre was marked at an event on Thursday, October 22, where Burgess Hill Town Mayor Stuart Condie was in attendance.
The new facility is based just off the A23 Northbound Sayers Common Junction on the London Road B2118 roundabout.
The company states that operations will continue as normal at the current Burgess Hill site on Innovation Drive throughout the construction process. The team expects the new Sayers Common location to become fully operational in approximately 18 months, by December 2027.
