Thee businesses join forces to raise money for hospice

Three local businesses have come together in a quest to raise much needed funds for Chestnut Tree House children’s hospice.

Steve Gubbins Photographic Studio, La Source, and Carmelas restaurant in Horsham are putting together an exclusive charity dinner and auction event where they will showcase contemporary art and food during an evening event on Wednesday March 6 from 6.30-10.00pm.

The host and auctioneer for the evening will be local presenter Tim Fifield.

The evening will start at La Source for an aperitif, where contemporary art and furniture will be on display including the work of well-known abstract photographer Steve Gubbins.

Guests will then go onto receive a three-course dinner at Carmelas Restaurant and bid for auction prizes on offer.

The profits from the ticket sales and the money generated from the auction will all be donated to Chestnut Tree House children’s hospice, based near Arundel, providing a home away from home for sick children and their families.

The auction prizes include: consultancy and room mood board from True Colours Interiors worth £350, garden design and consultancy from Evolution worth £150, portrait sitting and framed photograph from Steve Gubbins Studios – worth over £200, photographic tuition from Steve Gubbins Studios worth £100, abstract photography wall piece from Steve Gubbins Studios worth £250, and an art piece from the Sylvie Montagnon collection from La Source worth at least £250.
