BUSINESSES in the Observer area are urged to get on board with a campaign on Saturday (December 7).

Small Business Saturday is a national campaign which encourages people to ‘shop local’ and support small businesses in their communities, both on the Saturday and beyond.

It gives a chance for independent retailers on the high street and small start-ups to boost their business on one of the busiest shopping days of the year.
