Chichester care home residents celebrate Holi festival

It was the Holi festival in India on 4th March 2026, and to celebrate this, residents and staff at Dovecote View Residential Care Home in Chichester spent the morning throwing powdered paint.

The festival itself is a celebration of Joy, and there is nothing more joyful then seeing our elderly residents and our staff enjoying themselves. It got a little bit out of hand and most of our staff ended up wearing the powdered paint!

The festival also is a celebration of the new season, and the weather was perfectly apt for our celebrating!
