Seaford Bonfire Society issues important update about seeing this year’s display
Seaford Bonfire Society has issued an important update about joining the festivities tonight (Saturday, October 17).
The society posted the information to its Facebook page.
The post said: “Heading to the event this year? Please take note of some important viewing and access changes to keep everyone safe!
Due to overcrowding in previous years, the junction of Corsica Road and College Road is no longer a recommended public viewing area. Access past this point will be strictly restricted to local residents with a 2026 Residents Access Letter.”
It continued: “For the best experience, please join the festivities on the firesite via: Cricketfield Road, College Road, The Esplanade.
“Please follow all instructions from the Security & Safety Team on the night to help keep the event running smoothly and safely for everyone.”
