Tuesday, April 5: Meet at 10am in Royal Oak car park, Wineham (TQ 236206). Flat circular walk to Twineham and River Adur. Free, just turn-up. No dogs. 5 ½ miles

Wednesday, April 6, 10am: Warnham, free, just turn-up at the Sussex Oak car park (TQ 158337). 6 ¼ mile, fairly flat, circular walk towards Broadbridge Heath and Strood Green. No dogs.

Wednesday, April 6: Meet at 10.30am at the Bax Castle, Two Mile Ash Road (near Christ’s Hospital School). Circular walk, some stiles and modest climbs, over farmland and through woods. Free, just turn-up. No dogs. 4 miles.
