Here are the areas of Eastbourne with the lowest Covid vaccination rates

Here are the areas of Eastbourne that have the lowest percentage of residents that have received their Covid vaccine.

The government has released data showing the percentage of residents aged 12+ in each Eastbourne area that have had their first, second or third/booster vaccine.

The NHS said everyone aged five (on or before August 31, 2022) and over can get a first and second dose of the Covid vaccine.

A spokesperson added: “People aged 16 and over, and some children aged 12 to 15, can also get a booster dose. People aged five and over who had a severely weakened immune system when they had their first or second dose will be offered an additional primary dose (third dose) before any booster doses.

“Some people, including those aged 50 years or over, those at higher risk or who are pregnant, and frontline health and social care workers, will be offered a seasonal booster (autumn booster).”

Those looking to receive a vaccine are urged to visit the NHS website.
