Company searches for Eastbourne land owner over subsidence claims

A property company is searching for the owner of a piece of land in Eastbourne because of subsidence damage.

Property Risk Inspection Ltd has published an appeal for the owner of land adjacent to 95 Sorrel Drive to come forward.

According to a public notice, a group of trees next to the address is causing subsidence damage.

The company is hoping to identify the land owner in order to discuss management options to help reduce the problem.

In the event the company cannot locate the owner within 30 days of the original notice (February 5), they will look to enter the land and carry out the management work needed to protect the property adjacent.
