Last chance for first time buyers in the market for a new home in Tangmere

The final apartments and house are now available with First Buy – the government backed scheme to help more first time buyers onto the housing market.
David Wilson Homes’ managing director, Ian Wallace said: “Blenheim Park has been a tremendously popular development and we are thrilled with its success. All three remaining homes are available under the First Buy scheme and would make an ideal first home for anyone looking to get onto the property ladder.”

The buyers then have to find the remaining 80 per cent of the price themselves with the mortgage and deposit.
In practice, under First Buy a first time buyer would potentially be able to get on the housing ladder at Blenheim Park with a deposit of as little as £6,400 for a two bedroom apartment.
“We are absolutely certain that there will be huge interest in the remaining homes and we are expecting them to be snapped up fast.” Ian continued, “I would urge anybody interested to get in touch soon or they will miss out.”
