Interested homebuyers were able to view the show home by private appointment to experience first-hand the latest designs and attention to detail from Miller Homes at this landmark development at Old Broyle Road.

Leading new homes expert Henry Adams Simply New Homes has been appointed to market the 2, 3, 4, and 5-bedroom homes, which will benefit from a broad range of community features within the scheme.

Susan Wadsworth, partner at Henry Adams Simply New Homes, said: “We are delighted to be working alongside Miller Homes having had a successful partnership in the area previously.

“It’s especially pleasing to be able to present their homes at Minerva Heights having worked so closely on the scheme over many years in our home city.”

Minerva Heights is located within a mile of Chichester city centre and was allocated in the Local Plan for 1,600 homes.

Henry Adams had been advising the landowners on the promotion of the site over a period of 18 years and negotiated the land sale to Miller Homes.

Phase 1 of the overall scheme will eventually include 750 homes, a local centre for employment, retail and community uses, a primary school, playing pitches and a country park.

With the first reservations already underway, the new show home and sales suite is set to attract a stream of home buyers keen to discover more about the different styles and sizes of property at Minerva Heights.

Current prices range from £335,000 to £639,995 and the first homes are expected to be ready to move into in spring.

The government’s successful Help to Buy equity loan scheme for first time buyers is also available on selected properties up to £437,500.

Part-exchange and assisted move schemes are also offered for those moving up to a Miller Home.

Internally, the homes at Minerva Heights are designed for modern living, with a high-quality specification including Symphony kitchens, Porcelanosa ceramic tiles and Ideal Standard bathroom fittings.

Care has been taken with each house design to provide a variety to choose from, enabling buyers to find their next dream home with the layout and style to suit their lifestyle and taste.

Susan added: “Minerva Heights is certainly set to be a destination location with a wide range of new homes for the start of a brand new community.

Homeowners here will also benefit from the creation of plenty of new amenities, plus all the advantages of being so close to the heart of Chichester.

“We expect lots of interest, especially now the new show home is open for viewing.”

The Minerva Heights show home and sales suite is open strictly by private appointment from 10.30am to 5.30pm every day.
