Four Upper Beeding Primary School pupils organised a Dance-A-Thon during their lunch hour on Red Nose Day
People across Sussex marked Red Nose Day 2019 on Friday by dressing up, holding cake sales or being sponsored to do a challenge to raise money for Comic Relief.

London Meed Primary School raised more than £600 for Comic Relief by wearing something red for Red Nose Day for a donation, and also sold Red Noses.

Boxgrove CofE Primary School pupils dressed in an 'array of redness' for Red Nose Day, raising £108.90 for Comic Relief. The children also had some Red Nose fun in their house teams, enjoyed some red nose quizzes, created some red noses to eat and found out more about Comic Relief. Molly Edwards won the School Joke Event: "I couldn't figure out why the baseball was getting bigger - then it hit me!"
