A27 closed in Worthing after collision between car and lorry

The A27 has been closed westbound out of Worthing after a collision this morning (February 9).

The incident is reported to have taken place between the A24 Findon Road and the junction with the A280.

A car and a lorry are believed to be involved.

Traffic is being diverted back east towards Worthing, but has backed up significantly.
