A drill display and stalls showcasing cadet activities celebrated the handover of the model torch to the 461 Chichester squadron at 5.30pm at Tangmere Museum.
Torch-bearers Poppy Watmore and Jordan Hale Brown were cheered by members of the squadron and former cadets as the torch continued its journey.

“The cadets really enjoyed themselves and I had great feedback from the museum and general public.”
Six staff and 16 cadets were joined by former cadets ex-wing commander David Lainchbury, Tangmere Museum volunteer Trev Clark, Ken Emery, and Rod “Otto” Ulrich, who works for Boeing at Odiham.
As well as showcasing their skills with stalls on First Aid and field craft, cadets were able to use the flight simulators courtesy of the museum.
