Angmering mature student achieves dream

Mature student Emma Martin has been chosen for an exhibition at The Guardian

Her artwork was chosen by readers of The Guardian for the Your Art, Our Walls exhibition, which runs until October 8 at the newspaper’s offices in London

Emma, who lives in Angmering, has just starting the final year of a fine art degree at the University of Chichester.

“I had no formal art training before attending Chichester, so I am very proud and grateful for what the university has helped me achieve over the last two years,” she said.

“Obviously I will continue working really hard and learning as much as I can over the next year. I am hoping it might prove inspirational for other people considering following their passions.”
