Appeal for Littlehampton robbery witnesses
POLICE are appealing for witnesses to an afternoon robbery in Littlehampton today (Friday, April 11).
Today, at around 3.45pm, the victim was walking on the High Street when he was approached by a man outside Peacocks and Sainsbury’s.
A mobile phone and some money were stolen from him.
A 47-year-old from Littlehampton has been arrested on suspicion of robbery and has been bailed until May 21 while investigations continue.
Anyone who saw what happened who might be able to help with the investigation is asked to contact police on 101 quoting serial 982 of 28/3.
