Appeal for unwanted goods for rural event

DO you have any unwanted items in your loft or in the garage or shed?

St Michael’s Hospice is holding a silent auction at the Rural Past Times event on August 9 and 10 and are looking for all sorts of donations such as old tools (it doesn’t matter if they are rusty), furniture, garden furniture, computer screens and kitchen equipment. They don’t have to be in good condition, just items people would buy at a small cost and fix up themselves. All donations must be delivered to the hospice by August 1, for the attention of Tim Faulkes.

The Rural Past Times event is a vintage agricultural weekend with working horses and machinery, wood working crafts, animal displays, many stalls and other attractions and takes place at the Pestalozzi Village in Sedlescombe.
