Arun district planning applications

Businessman Terry Mills’ original proposals for the Fort Road Garage site in Fort Road East were rejected by Arun councillors in March over concerns there was no pavement on that side of the road, and that it was close to a refuse truck depot.

The full list of planning applications submitted to Arun in the Gazette area is:

Rear conservatory, 177 Lyminster Road.

Rustington: outline application, with all matters reserved, to replace six shipping containers used for storage, with an industrial storage building, Stuart Jones Ltd, 1 Artex Avenue.
