Arundel Cathedral’s mass to feature on the BBC

The cathedral is preparing itself for the event, which will be shown on BBC One.

The mass will begin at 11pm, with the programme being shown from 11.45pm on TV.

The night will feature familiar carols O Come All Ye Faithful, Silent Night and Hark! the Herald Angels Sing.

The Rev Canon Tim Madeley will be leading the service.

Arundel’s Cathedral Choir will also be performing on during the evening, singing melodies including, sung by Arundel A Boy Is Born and A Maiden Most Gentle. Elizabeth Stratford will be directing the choir.
