Battle area crime
APPROXIMATELY 25 metres of lead flushing was stolen from Battle Abbey School last week.
The theft took place on Wednesday May 22 between 9.30pm and 10pm.
Earlier in the day last Wednesday a black rucksack containing a wallet with bank cards, a small amount of cash and keys was stolen from van parked at Marley Lane around 4.20pm.
