Battle teenager denies sex assault
A BATTLE youth has denied sexually assaulting another teenager in Hastings.
The 15-year-old, who cannot be named for legal reasons, pleaded not guilty before Hastings Youth Court on Friday to one charge of causing a male aged 13 or over to engage in a non-penetrative sexual activity.
The alleged offence was said to have taken place between April 23 and April 26 last year in Hastings.
The teen will face trial on April 7.
He was granted unconditional bail.
