Some very important news for all parents of children using the free bus service to Robertsbridge School and general bus users in this rural area. If the free bus service to Robertsbridge is stopped it takes the right to choose which school children can go to if they can’t afford to pay the fare of around £600 a year. Please fill in the online survey whether you have children at school now or are planning to in the future as this is this service needs to carry on.

Over the next three years east Sussex county council needs to find £63 million of savings. As a consequence the council is reviewing a number of it services including how it provides support to the bus services.

Great news for Beckley Computer Club. This time around they are doing it a little differently. running two courses at the same, one in the computer suite and one in the room opposite - people bring their own laptop (max four people) and do a troubleshooting workshop - a lot of people have bought a new laptop and this has Windows 8 on it, and they want help -they come to a class and get things working and moving on for them.
