Peter Mitchell, a festival organiser, said: 'As usual the Friday night has proved immensely popular with all the tickets sold out three weeks in advance.

'There are tickets still available for the session on Saturday but these are selling fast.

'No tickets are required for the Friday lunchtime session and entry to the festival is free after 5pm on Saturday, if there is any beer left!

There will also be a large selection of ciders, perries, bottled beers and county wines.

Tickets are on sale at the Harveys Brewery Shop and Gardeners Arms in Cliffe High Street.
