Bexhill Carnival warm-up

Visitors to All Saints Church could enjoy the 'family fun day'.

The event came complete with the usual selection of stalls, raffles and fairground games.

The fun day has become an annual event to raise publicity and funds for the carnival.

Cold weather and drizzle meant crowds were significantly down on last year but organisers still said the event was useful as a publicity tool for the summer event.

Highlight of the day was the crowing of the carnival queen and princesses.

The court will feature as part of the carnival this summer.
