Bexhill plans in the pipeline

THE following planning applications have been received by Rother District Council:

• 26 Barnhorn Road, rear of – construction of two detached dwellings and existing access road along with landscaping and associated works.

• 3 Beeching Road – variation of condition three imposed on RR/2008/3053/P to allow use of site between 7am and 8pm on weekdays and between 7am and 6pm on Saturdays.

• The Devonshire, Devonshire Square – alterations to north and west elevations. Installation of fresh air and fume extraction ducts. Replacement of two air-conditioning units (part retrospective).

• 24 Gunters Lane – extension and alterations to dwelling.

• 126 and 124 and land adjoining Peartree Lane – outline: removal of two existing dwellings and provision of seven new dwellings.

• 43 Chantry Avenue – demolition of single storey building, construction of two-storey extension to provide enlarged kitchen, utility room, shower room and two bedrooms.

• TSW, Victoria Road – alterations to frontage: new brick pillar with UPVC entrance door giving access to reception/office area.
