Bexhill properties go under the hammer at auction

THREE properties in Bexhill have gone under the auctioneer's hammer. They were among 38 lots being sold by Clive Emson land and property auctioneers at the Hilton Brighton Metropole, Brighton, on Tuesday this week, June 7.

A three-bedroom, first-floor flat at 6A Station Road fetched £87,000, while a two-bedroom flat at 6A Devonshire Road sold for £55,000. Both are leaseholds.

A terraced freehold shop at 46 Sackville Road, with the ground floor let to takeaway restaurant Pizza Plus for £6,600, fetched £65,000.

The property also includes a first, second and third-floor maisonette, sold on a long lease.

Pizza Plus is not affected by the sale.

Clive Emson’s next auction takes place at the same venue in Brighton at 11am on Tuesday, July 26.
