A bid has been submitted to demolish the single-storey offices at Summerfields Business Centre, Horntye Park, Hastings, and replace them with ten three-bedroom houses and 22 one and two-bedroom flats, with associated access, parking and landscaping.

Eight of the 32 homes would be affordable.

Two letters of objection have been received by Hastings Borough Council listing surface water drainage, the impact on Summerfields Woods and construction noise as concerns.
