Bodiam

Tea and Chat: Bodiam community Friends are to have a tea and cake chat on March 19 on Bodiam Church primary School Hall. Do please come along and meet your Bodiam neighbours. If you do not have any friends or neighbours still come along for a free cup of tea and a slice of cake. The community friends just would like to get everyone together. Banking: People from Bodiam go to Lloyds bank in Hawkhurst but as from June 1 the branch will only open from 10am to 3pm Tuesday and Thursday. Now it is Monday and Friday. We have a good service from the branch and soon we will have no branch in Hawkhurst. Parish meeting: The next meeting of the parish council is on March 23 at 7pm for 7.30pm in the Bodiam Church of England primary School.

School service: The Easter church services for our Bodiam Church of England Primary School is on March 26 at 9.30am at St Giles. All are welcome.

Church: The next service at St Giles will be on Mothering Sunday, March 15, and will be Holy Communion at 11.15am. How I like the colour illustration on the cover of the parish news by Glenys Griffiths.

Inspection: The next Levetts Lane neighbourhood Inspection takes place om March 20 at 3pm with Housing Officer Sop[hie from Amicus Horizon.
