Sad news: I had some very sad mews about Marie Lapierre, Amicus Horizon housing officer for Levetts Lane. Marie cannot do the next neighbourhood inspection on September 29 but we will have housing officer Steve May - just as good as Marie. Amicus Horizon say the time will be about noon.

Mobile Library: the next date for the mobile library to Levetts Lane will be on September 18 from about 3.10 to 3.30pm. For more information call 0345 6080196.

The National Trust needs more books. All income from them will be used to fund the pond rejuvenation project. The trust will take all book but would like a lot more paperbacks. The bookshop can be found inside the exhibition room beside the ticket office. For anymore details call 01580 830436
