The official opening of the new Claremont Sports Centre by England and Sussex cricketer Michael Yardy took place on October 17. Bodiam Parish Council now has a replacement seat for the Levetts Lane bus stop and soon hope we call all sit on it (not all at one time). The parish council would like to thank Cllr Sue Prochak for all the help that she put in to get this seat for the village. Perhaps we could call is Sue’s seat, but seats are most of the time put up in memoriam of someone and as I know she is still with us. And a thank you to Cllr Mitchell for all his work.
