Bodiam

Geoffrey Goodsell, 13 Levetts Lane

I felt it was a good visit to St Giles and Bodiam by the Bishop of Chichester Bishop Martin. I went to St Giles to meet him and Deborah, one of the churchwardens, made me feel on top of the world. I had my back to her when she came into the churchyard and Deborah said ‘I thought you were the bishop’. I said ‘not yet’.

Bishop Martin went into our Church of England Primary School and I know the children seemed very happy to see him and I must say I did like his address to the little people.
