Battle Are Community Transport is proposing a new Teneterden bus service to run though Bodiam, Sandhurst Cross and Sandhurst. The service would run on a Monday only, approximately 9.30am. You can use bus passes on the service but they need to assess demand by the end of March. Please contact Lyn on 01424 772001, Monday to Friday 9-12.

Bodiam Pre-school Open Day takes place on March 16 from 1 to 4pm. This is open to everyone to come and look around. For more information phone 01580 830615. The Pre-school AGM will take place, I will let you all know soon about this. And do not forget the Easter raffle draw and 1pm on March 20 at the pre-school, Tickets are still on sale.

The Bodiam Parish Assembly takes place at Bodiam Church of England Primary School at 7.30pm On Thursday March 21. A small buffet will be available from 6.30pm. Come and hear reports from the Parish Council, National Trust, Bodiam Pre-school and lots more. This year the school governors have asked the parish council to help them with an event to show off the best primary school in East Sussex and this will start at 6pm. Do please support the assembly and the school.

Amicus Horizon will do a neighbourhood inspection of Levetts Lane on March 18 at 2.15pm, and I know that Marie Lapierre would like to see an many residents that are free to see her.

The next visit of the mobile library to Levetts Lane is on March 28 from 3.05 - 3.30pm.
