You may have noticed as you walk around Bodiam Castle that the grass is longer in places. This, I am told, is to improve the biodiversity by allowing the grass to grow in places for butterflies, bees etc. Each year the grass will be cut in September and removed.

Some people have asked me why no Parish News for the month of August. I have the answer - July had August news in, so it was all in July’s News. I hope that is right. If not I am sure I will get letters and phone calls.
