Bonfire Night road closures in Littlehampton

ROADS across Littlehampton will be subject to closures tomorrow (Saturday, October 26) as the Bonfire Night comes to the town.

Roads affected are:

Maltravers Road, Maltravers Drive, Fitzalan Road (south from East Street junction) – 4.30pm to 11pm.

Granville Road, Selborne Road, St Winefrides Road, Church Street, Manor Parade, Beach Road, St Catherine’s Road, South Terrace, Sea Road (from junction South Terrace and Norfolk Road to Littlehampton Swimming and Sports Centre) – 7pm to 10.30pm. New Road, Surrey Street (to junction with High Street), Beach Road (from East Street junction to the war memorial) – 4.45pm to 5.45pm. St Flora’s Road (from junction with Parkside Avenue to Sportsman roundabout), Berry Lane (junction with St Flora’s Road to junction with Southway) – 7pm to 9.15pm. Beach Road, (south of junction with Maltravers Road) – 3pm to 11pm. East Street (from junction with Franciscan Way to junction with High Street) – 6.30pm 9.30pm.

The following roads will be subject to no-parking restrictions:

From noon – Beach Road, Fitzalan Road, Maltravers Drive, Maltravers Road, New Road, Surrey Street (south of High Street). From 4pm – Church Street, Granville Road, Manor Parade, St Catherine’s Road, St Winefrides Road, Sea Road (between Norfolk Road and Hendon Avenue), Selbourne Road and South Terrace.
