The fire site remains at Frewen College but the procession will take a slightly different route this year.

Meanwhile fund raising for the event continues throughout the year with a Quiz Night lined up for May 24 at Northiam Village Hall.

The main fund raising event this year will be a Midsummer Festival on June 21 to be held on the playing fields.

It will include a craft fayre, beer festival, live music, a tea tent and barbecue.

New members would be welcomed by the Society.
