The event was attended by individuals who work alongside the two charities, including youngster Zoe from The Rainbow Trust Children’s Charity.

The Littlehampton Social Club for the Blind intend to use their donation to provide more equipment for the club users.

The match was played on Sunday, October 30, and was attended by Littlehampton Mayor Ian Buckland, who presented the trophies and the charity cheques.

The event was hosted by West Worthing and Mewsbrook Bowls Club, and was sponsored by FA Holland & Son. Barbara Croft, a member of the bowls club from Mewsbrook, organised the event along with Brian Millar, a member of the bowls club from West Worthing.
