Broadband services 'woeful'

IN some rural parts of West Sussex, broadband services are still woefully inadequate, says the Country Landowners' Association.

The association says it fears that, as others enjoy superfast broadband, much of the countryside will languish without any form of broadband at all.

Rupert Ashby, South East regional director of the CLA, said: "This 'have and have not' is now out of control and it is time for Government to stop and consider the damage it is doing to rural areas."
