Broken down vehicle causes delays on Chichester Bypass

The A27 Chichester Bypass has been partially blocked because of a broken down vehicle on the roundabout.

Traffic is queuing westbound at Whyke Roundabout and there is congestion on B2145 to the B2166 junction and the Bognor Road Roundabout.
