The next course in the Community Weight Loss Challenge begins on Tuesday evening at 7pm in the Annex of Christ the King Catholic Church, with free parking in the church car park. The course costs £39 for twelve weeks, with Sue Tonkin leading us through the pitfalls of over indulging on food and drink. Sue has been coming to Burwash four over three years now and has really helped some of us with our weight problems. I lost four dress sizes thanks to her friendliness and guidance. If you would like a place call Sue on 01892784741 or come along on Tuesday evening. What better time to start with summer just around the corner.
